The Mips® system consists of a special low-friction layer on the inside of the helmet. In the event of an impact from various directions, this layer allows for a small rotational movement between the head and the helmet.
This reduces the forces transmitted to the brain, contributing to better protection against serious brain injuries. In this way, the helmet offers an extra level of safety without compromising on comfort or performance.
