Lycra hood Zilco with FULL blinkers
Sometimes called ‘blinkers’, racing hoods are generally used to limit the horse's vision to some extent (depending on whether a full or half head is used) to encourage them to concentrate on the race rather than on what is going on around them.
The Zilco stretch racing hoods are made of 4-way stretch spandex/elastane material. The hoods are secured with clips below the neck, which include touch-tape straps for extra adjustment.
